These terms will help guide the purchasers and holders of the DefBlow NFTea membership NFTs understand the rules and requirements of interacting, purchasing and holding the DefBlow NFTea membership NFTs. These terms may change without notice but will always be posted here. The terms are meant to make it possible for all of the NFT holders experience a good experience filled with value and integrity. These terms and policies are valid in all places throughout the universe…. basically EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE!

 

No one will be allowed to use the IP, the artwork, the name or the NFT itself for any use associated with adult entertainment, descrimination or abuse of any kind anywhere in the world, universe or metaverse. If this is done the Developers reserve the right to burn your NFT after one contact warning with you in the form of an email and or letter. After we have asked for that the mal-use of the NFT you hold to stop, cease and desist, we will give the holder 7 days to stop and remove all abusive use of the NFT. After that time the developers will burn that NFT and forward an additional warning to the holder. If the abusive use continues we will resort to taking legal action in court against the offender. This terms of service is enacted and agreed upon by each holder when they agree to purchase or accept and hold any DefBlow NFtea NFT token
